• Free shipping is available for orders of qualifying items totaling over $80.00 CAD.
• Orders under $80.00 CAD do not qualify for free shipping.
• The $80.00 CAD order total is calculated after applying any coupons and before taxes.

Exclusions

• Free shipping does not apply to special or bulk/commercial orders.
• Items canceled or removed from the order are not included in the $80.00 CAD total unless there is an inventory discrepancy.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under this free shipping policy.

Conditions

• We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed unreasonable to ship for free. This includes orders with extremely heavy or large, awkward products. In such cases, customers will have the option to pay for shipping.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our chosen carrier.
• Free shipping does not include insurance coverage for the packages.
