Cookie by Flavour Art
This is a very neutral, mildly sweet cookie base. It can be used standalone, as a cookie base, or to add bakery effects to recipes. It adds a rich, warm, mildly sweet baked flavor. Add your favorite nuts and fruit flavour to it for biscotti variations (Cherry-Almond, Orange-Nut Mix, Lemon-Almond, etc).
Ingredients: Artificial Flavour, Propylene Glycol.
Soluble in water.
Suggested usage: 2-3%
