Banana may be used up to 4-5% as a stand alone. Most realistic, natural tasting banana flavouring you’ll find, and not a candy type. Like a real ripe yellow banana, not strongly sweet. If you want realistic flavour of yellow banana, it’s perfect. Ideal in smoothie recipes. Add some Walnut for accents.

Ingredients: Artificial Flavour, Propylene Glycol.

Soluble in water.

Suggested usage: 2-5%

Nice banana flavour, but not too sweet!

Green banana peel even as low as 1%

Very mild flavour, but authentic and tasty. Not much of a candied taste. Can be used with other tropical flavours as an accent, however, it can easily get overpowered by other strong flavours. Works well as a stand-alone and is the gospel when mixed with cactus/guava

Very good realistic flavouring , it tastes like a Cavendish Banana and not a Gros Michel which i was surprised with , however not displeased at all , it is very accurate to the fruit, and a little sweet
